Womankind, Bristol Women’s Therapy Centre is a well-established charity set up in 1986 to provide support to women experiencing mental health problems. We offer a range of services including a telephone helpline, befriending, one-to-one counselling and group psychotherapy.
The charity is seeking a motivated Finance Officer who will be part of Womankind’s staff team based in central Bristol. She will be highly organised, and with the support of Womankind’s CEO, she will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Womankind’s financial records and bank accounts by using the relevant software systems.
Some of the credentials you will need:
Level 3 or Level 4 Association of Accounting Technicians (ATT) qualification
Experience of maintaining financial records on Quickbooks or appropriate online accounting system
Experience of raising and processing invoices and recording payments
Experience of reconciling bank accounts
Sound knowledge of bookkeeping methods and principles
