Finance Officer

REED are exclusively working with a leading Not for profit charity recruiting a Finance Officer - Part Time (22.5 hours) to work withing a friendly finance team. This is a TEMPORARY position initially with the potential to go permanent. 

 As an integral part of the Finance team, supporting the Financial Accountant in the maintenance of the accounting system and control environment. Ensuring the inputting of financial information is complete and made on a timely basis into the system to ensure up to date management information is available.

Finance Officer 

Part Time - 22.5 hours per week (TEMP)

Start date - Interviews immediately, start date in 2 weeks - duration 3 - 6 months 

Potential to go PERM 

Duties 

• To oversee the processing of purchase invoices and credit notes into the system ad assisting with coding for nominal ledger, Departmental and Budget codes.
• To oversee the prepare twice monthly supplier payment runs for Financial Accountant to process.
• To preparation of Commercial Event Invoicing and reconcile Debtors Control.
• To maintain posting of Front of House (FOH)sales on timely basis and reconcile to bank accounts
