I am working exclusively with a housing association with an emphasis on empathy and support. Your new role
This is a high volume, income recovery role. You will be processing rent ledger transactions, allocating housing benefits, organising payments with tenants and the NI Housing Executive as well as assisting the housing team with collecting rents, handling arrears and reporting this to the senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with the financial ledger
- High level of accuracy
- Empathy and ability to use plain English when working with tenants
- Strong IT skills, including Excel
- Experience in social housing would be advantageous but not essential
What you'll get in return

- 22k - 27k (pro rata)
