Description
The Finance Project Administrator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing financial project management and ensure adherence to budget limitations
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team, mapping project timelines and required documentation
- Coordinate with the team to prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve financial issues as they arise
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
Profile
A successful Finance Project Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial management and administrative support
- Experience within a project management role - ideal
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures - deal
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for numbers
- Capability to work as part of a team
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
