SalarySimple Recruitment are looking for a Financial Project Officer for our client in Bristol to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be confident with both financial and project processes
- To be familiar with grant schemes, and has knowledge of project monitoring and reporting processes
- To apply excellent financial methodology to a number of projects, liaise and advise the Project Manager from inception to completion
- To manage project invoicing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the Energy hub grants database
- Support the Energy team on the delivery of key project activities
- Attend contract management meetings as appropriate
Requirements:
- The role would suit an experienced administrator or some-one with experience of supporting senior managers
- Able to communicate (written and oral) with a wide range of people.
- Experience of co-ordinating meetings, setting agendas, managing forward plans, applying project management discipline
- Use of IT packages to manage a range of project coordination activity and to collate, analyse and present data.
Salary:
£16.63 per hour
Hours:
9.00am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
