Description
- Lead a finance team of 2-3, fostering an environment of growth and development.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, expenses, and credit card receipts
- Utilise your expertise in various finance systems
- Handle project work related to finance and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with different departments to provide financial support and guidance
Profile
A successful 'Finance Team Lead' should have:
- Proven experience as a finance officer or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Proficiency in major accounting software packages.
- AAT Level 3/4 qualification or qualified by experience.
- Good knowledge of various finance systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience managing a team OR experience Finance Officer looking for the next step up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills"
