We are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional System Implementation Manager to join a team in Belfast. As a key member of our close-knit group, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a new Finance System that will enhance our organisation's efficiency and support its growth.
Role Overview:
- Position: System Implementation Manager
- Salary: Up to £37,000
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (8/9 months)
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Responsibilities: As the System Implementation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful implementation of the new system. Here are the main duties you'll be handling:
- Collaborate on Chart of Accounts Development: Work closely with stakeholders to create a robust chart of accounts system.
- Master Data Cleansing: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness during the transition to the new system.
- Lead Data Migration and Testing: Manage the migration of existing data and rigorously test the new system.
- Workflow Roles and Security: Define user roles and security protocols within the system.
- Report Design: Create financial, management, and departmental reports.
- Procedure Documentation and Training: Document processes and provide training to users.
- Track Deliverables and Progress: Monitor project milestones and report on progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and address risks, issues, and actions throughout the implementation.
Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in systems implementations
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Understanding of financial management processes
- Knowledge of financial process design, including General Ledger (GL)
