We are recruiting a FINANCE TEAM LEADER to managing accounts payable and receivable and provide operational support to the Group Finance Manager.
The role will lead the Finance Team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of all transactions, whilst providing guidance and support for team members .
What will I do?
- Coordinate production of all purchase orders
- Ensure weekly payment runs are processed, verify accuracy of payments and upload to online banking platform
- Prepare bank reconciliations in line with month-end timetable
- Ensure employee expenses are reviewed and processed
- Oversee processing of company credit card transactions
- Manage credit control activities
- Undertake regular review of aged creditor balances, open purchase orders, direct debits and supplier accounts
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar role with team management
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Sage Intacct
- Working knowledge of VAT
What personal qualities do I need to have?
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
