Your new company is a leading financial services company which is on an exciting growth trajectory and thus has a vacancy for a Financial Accountant to join their team. Your new role
In this role you will manage a small team, ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of financial information as well as managing any issues efficiently. You will report to the Financial Reporting Manager, and lead financial reporting and statutory accounting activities. You will work across all departments, managing stakeholder relationships effectively as well as delivering on month-end, reporting packs and annual financial statements. You will be involved in process improvement, and provide relevant analysis to support key business outputs.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong experience of working within a busy finance function. You will ideally be 3 years post-qualification, with some management exposure and an excellent technical skill set. Audit knowledge would be desirable, and you must have a strong understanding of IFRS standards.
