SalarySewell Wallis are partnering with a leading business in Selby who are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant into their UK Head Office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join an organisation who are going through a significant growth period who offer ongoing progression opportunities.
What will you be doing?
- Producing group statutory accounts.
- Supporting the preparation of the monthly board pack.
- Reviewing the balance sheet.
- Assisting with group consolidations.
- Financial modelling.
- Working closely with the external auditors.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Supporting the business M&A growth plans.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and accounting standards.
What skills are we looking for?
- Qualified Accountant / newly qualified, ideally ACCA / ACA / CIMA.
- Strong financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the group.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent attention to detail.
