The Role:
- Leading a small finance team and providing guidance and support
- Overseeing monthly financial reporting and statutory reporting
- Liaising with auditors at year-end and ensuring smooth communication
- Benefit from a hybrid working model
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven experience in a similar role with team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
