Financial Accountant - Remote

My client is a growing organisation with a group of SME manufacturing organisation due to continued growth they are seeking a Financial Accountant to work closely with the finance lead in each business unit. Reporting into the Group FD the successful candidate will provide finance guidance to each business unit and assist in the production of budget and forecast.

Duties include
• Preparing and analysing financial statements
• Oversee production of monthly management accounts
• Assist FD with budgets and forecast for each business unit
• Support audit process
• Monitor and evaluate the commercial, financial, and operational performance of each portfolio company, using relevant KPIs and benchmarks.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to the business units management teams, as well as to Investment Group
• Monitor Cash flow

The successful candidate will have the following experience
• Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA (Ideally 1st or 2nd move from practice)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

This role is a remote working opportunity with the expectation of site visit once a week and teams meetings once a month.
