An international FMCG retail brand is hiring a qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent) to join their team as a Financial Accountant. You will be joining a reputable, highly regarded business around the world. This a great stepping stone for a qualified practice-trained accountant seeking their first role in industry. The business offers a platform to develop your audit skills within a commercial business, learning alongside like-minded qualified chartered accountants.
Your new role
As a qualified practice trained Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing UK&I statutory accounts under IFRS / UK GAAP
- Support & lead month-end processes
- Prepare & analyse cashflow forecasts
- Support external accountants
- Business partner with UK&I leadership team
- Drive continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully ACA, ACCA, ICAS qualified (or equivalent)
- Big 4 or from a reputable audit firm
- IFRS / UK GAAP
- 0-3 years pqe
