You'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role, spending two days a week at our bright and modern offices located in the heart of Cheshire. As their Financial Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in managing our cash flow, ensuring smooth financial operations for our Joint Venture Companies and Support Office.
In this role, you will:
Manage liquidity across various accounts, ensuring funds are readily available for day-to-day needs.
Develop and enhance our cash flow forecasting model to provide accurate short and medium-term forecasts, aligning them with our business objectives.
Lead the development and re-engineering of key Treasury-related processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate process risks by implementing robust controls.
Ensure accurate recording of all cash transactions in compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.
Provide analytical support to the Head of Treasury in various projects as needed.
We are looking for someone with:
Part-Qualified ACCA or CIMA & actively studying
Post-qualification experience in a similar-sized organization.
Exposure to Treasury or a Treasury qualification is advantageous.
Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
A track record of effectively working with diverse stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
Strong relationship management and teamwork skills.
