An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Body Camp as a Financial Accountant.
About the role
As the Financial Accountant, you would report directly to the Head of Finance, and be responsible for the draft preparation of all financial information for both the UK company and its Spanish branch. This will involve daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc reports. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of VAT and IVA where appropriate and management of payments or collections of the company’s suppliers and customers.
We are looking for someone who is positive, focused, diligent, able to work unsupervised and excited about our brand. Someone who wants to be an integral part of the company’s growth plans.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven ability in accounts and cashflow preparation
- Qualified or working towards AAT, ACA, ACCA or ACMA
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Honesty and reliability
- Flexibility and adaptability to multitask on a range of different tasks and to prioritise daily workloads
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

This part-time role is 22.5 hours per week worked across 3 days. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-17:30. Although working in the office is key we recognise the need for some flexibility to support our staff and their work-life balance. We have set the minimum hours in the office at 75% of the total hours.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience (£40,000-45,000 full time equivalent)
