Description

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you'll be part of a really kind and supportive team where you will be supporting the financial accounting for the group business.

Plenty of challenges are part of this role and no two days are ever the same.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Managing online banking operations
• Processing BACS payments on a weekly basis
• Performing weekly bank reconciliations in both UK and international currencies
• Reporting financial information to official bodies
• Processing and reconciling expense requests
• Handling payroll journals
• Sending foreign payments to suppliers
• Assisting with VAT returns and month-end reporting

Profile

You will be an experienced Financial Accounts Assistant seeking a new role where you can add significant value and positively impact the business and team.

With outstanding communication skills, you might be studying CIMA or ACCA but equally they are keen to speak to great QBE indiciduals who are looking for a business that will support you to achieve your full potential.

A meticulous attention to detail is essential, as you will have experience in processing multi-currency payments, a critical requirement for this role.
