Financial Administrator

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Financial Administrators to join an energetic investment administration team based in the heart of Bristol. You will be supporting the administration and management of investment transfers, applications, allocation of funds and general day to day administrative support. 
As Financial Administrator, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 OR 09:00-17:30, on a hybrid model of 2 days in the office each week. 
Hands on training will be provided in office for the first two weeks so you will be confident with systems and providing exceptional support. 
The role is not sales or advisory related, but you will have realistic key performance indicator to meet on your work. You will benefit from working in a modern office with a smart casual dress code.
What you’ll be doing as Financial Administrator:

• Updating and capturing relevant data to systems and spreadsheets
• Processing calculations and recording transactional data
• Supporting customers with, transfers, updates, and cash allocation
• Moving stocks and cash to and from 3rd parties
• Maintaining trading records and keeping documents up to date
• Requesting documents and information to open and renew customer accounts
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to resolve queries
• Completing day to day duties to support the team and project
• Following company processes and procedures relating to Data Protection

What we would like to see in an application:

• Administrative experience would be advantageous
• Skills with Excel including V-look ups and calculation tools
• Confidence with numbers and reviewing large volumes of data
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and organised  
• Desire to learn and grow in a welcoming company
