Job Description:
Are you an IFA Administrator with aspirations to become a Financial Planner?
Recruit UK are working with a thriving wealth management firm in Bristol who are looking to bring on an IFA Administrator, who they can train up to become a Financial Planner. They will provide you with full training in order to become a qualified Financial Planner, as well as funding your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planner. Opportunities like these don’t come around often!
Duties will include:
- Letters of authority
- Preparing meeting packs
- Providing administrative support to Financial Planners
- Client liaison
- Chasing providers
- Inbox management
- Diary management
- Fact finds
Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000
- 25 days annual leave
- Additional Christmas closure with no need to use annual leave
- Predominantly remote - only required to attend the office 1 day a week

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within a wealth management firm
- Interest in completing Level 4 Diploma
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
