They are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller, who can take control of finances, streamline business processes, and make a strong impact in improving the company.

Financial Controller Position Overview

Financial Strategy:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and long-term growth.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for informed decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets.

Develop financial forecasts and variance analyses to guide effective financial management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls to safeguard assets.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Financial Controller Position Requirements

• ACCA qualification
• At least 5 years Financial Controller experience
• UK resident
