Chase & Holland are partnering with a leading engineering business who are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to support the business through substantial period of growth which is set to continue. As the Financial Controller, you will need to be comfortable with the day-to-day management of the finance team and ensuring that the company always abides by legislation and financial standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the number one finance on site and be part of the Senior Management Team! You will be working closely with a newly promoted Managing Director and partnering him in growing the UK business.

- Production of Annual Accounts for statutory audit
- Management of the cashflow
- Managing the accounts function, including wages
- Production of accurate budgets and forecasts
- Constant development of the accounting and financial control systems
- Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Proven background preparing management accounts
- Proven background of managing a team
- Experience working in a busy, varied finance role and understand the importance of achieving reporting deadlines
- IT literate including ERP systems and Excel
- Outstanding communication skills, proactive and “can do” approach to finance
