Job Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for: · Preparation of month end management accounts and balance sheets
· Production of the statutory accounts
· Manage the relevant processes to deliver accurate and timely controlling and accounting information.
· Oversight and communication of key drivers of the weekly Profit and Loss account
· Weekly and monthly management of inventory stock position and provision
· Responsible for the effective Budget and quarterly Forecast management throughout the company
· Manage the accounts payables/receivables function
· Manage the business cash flow position to ensure adequate bank and inter-group funding.
· Manage and develop the team to ensure flexibility, inter-changeability of roles and to constantly improve the delivery of the team
The Successful Applicant
The Financial Controller will have the following:· Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
· Proficiency in business partnering/stakeholder management and reporting
· Manufacturing and production sector specific experience
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Proficiency with Excel/systems highly desirable

An attractive salary between £50,000 and £70,000, depending on experience
