Your new company
You will be joining a leading business which has been operating for the last twenty years. Led by an ambitious Senior Management and thanks to a recent injection of investment, they are now looking to further grow and establish themselves as a Global market leader.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, your role will be taking responsibility for the day to day running of the finance department for both local and overseas entities. You will take charge of the delivery of reporting for all entities within the group ensuring compliance with accounting standards as well as internally keeping the key stakeholders informed of financial results and areas of risk and opportunity. You\'ll also ensure management accounts are delivered on time and also provide key Board reports. You\'ll also look after statutory accounts, tax and vat delivery, train and manage an ambitious team of part qualified accountants and provide commercial support to the FP&A team. This is a broad role in a unique, growing organisation!
What you\'ll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should be a proven leader within a medium to large organisation. Industry experience is far less important than your culture fit and if you feel you are a strong communicator and relationship builder who takes a collective team approach to finding solutions along with a confidence in your technical ability, this could be a great role for you!
