Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a well-established group function based in Epsom. The role would be reporting into the Head of Finance and be responsible for consolidating group accounts, reporting and forecasting to stakeholders and lead process improvement changes.
Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of statutory accounts and ownership of general ledger accounts
• Supporting the business growth plans, leading system implementations and initiate changes
• Oversee day to day functioning of all financial accounting, payroll and tax
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver financial reporting
• Use your analytical and statistical skills to explore new processes

  
Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Qualified with ACA/ACCA OR CIMA
• Commercial awareness and confident to liaise with non-stakeholders
• Line management responsibility
