CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively working with a PE backed organisation to recruit a Financial Controller to take on responsibility for the day to day operation of the finance function. Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will oversee the finance team and partner with multiple functions across the business.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
- Work closely with and act as a strong number two to the CFO;
- Responsible for the production of weekly, monthly and annual management reports and statutory accounts;
- Provision of accurate and insightful reporting, recommending process and system improvements as necessary.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
- Full qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA);
- Healthcare experience is desirable;
- In-depth skills around management accounting, budgeting & forecasting;
- High level of interpersonal skills.
