We are looking for a talented, hardworking Finance professional to join our team. This is your chance to utilise your financial knowledge and experience in a busy and varied role. You must have a strong sense of ownership, initiative and commercial awareness.
About The Role:
- Production of monthly Management Accounts and financial statements
- Manage prepayments and accruals
- Cash flow management
- Produce and manage budgets
- Process and manage payroll and pension scheme
- Oversee all tax and regulatory/compliance issues
- Maintain and manage all property and insurance cover
- Manage the annual audit process, co-ordinating with external auditors
- Line management of Finance Assistant
About you:
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in SME
- Must be qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT
- Excellent communication skills and ability to talk in a non-financial manner
- Strong commercial awareness and inquisitive mindset
- Self motivated and keen to use own initiative to get things done
- Actively considers the wider picture and makes sound decisions
- Naturally analytical and enjoys problem solving
- Excellent on Excel and I.T confident and able to adapt to new system
