SalaryBlackwaters is recruiting a Financial Controller role for a PE backed Manufacturer in Nottingham. Salary up to £75,000, office based role.
The business is in a great position, with a healthy balance sheet and yoy growth. We are looking for someone with a hand-on attitude and work with a small but growing finance team. This is a newly created role to upskill the finance team.
Responsibilities -
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process: P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, proposing and developing improvements.
- To be an integral member of the finance team providing decision support analysis.
- Monitor specific complex areas of the balance sheet to ensure accurate reporting.
- Supporting the CFO and board by providing robust and accurate financial and management reporting.
- Support Long Range Plan preparation.
- Review financial controls recommending and implement appropriate changes.
