Our client is a fastgrowing SME contracting business working with large scale clients across Europeand Ireland. This new position will workas part of the leadership team reporting into 2 Directors. The company boasts a large increase inbusiness in recent years and they are keen to appoint an experienced financeprofessional who can streamline and strengthen their accounting policies andpractices.
Key Duties/Skills
- Oversee day to day finance function with 3 direct reports and ensure reliable month end close
- Establish, enhance and refine analytical information in order to enhance decision support
- Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis
- Cashflow planning, budgets and forecasts
- Prepare meaningful management accounts
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders
The ideal person
- Qualified Accountant with strong management and financial reporting experience
- Excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills especially Excel and Sage
- Enjoy working with a collaborative team with the purpose of adding value to a business
