Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; must already be based in the Netherlands

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including Profit & Loss and cash flow statements
• Overseeing budget execution and identifying potential deviations
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Forecasting to inform business decisions
• Providing financial guidance to management
• Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations
