Financial Controller

Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic, innovative and growing manufacturing SME in its new Dorset headquarters based near Dorchester. You will be working within a professional team, in modern, spacious open-plan offices, in a standalone Financial Controller position. Your new role
As the number one in Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organisation. This will include preparing and analysing financial statements and reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets. Conducting variance analysis and producing management reports and basic MI ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience with previous hands-on finance management experience and a track record of supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and commercial acumen. This is a busy standalone role which will require flexibility to support the daily operations and partnering across the business.
