About the role
As a Financial Planning Accountant, you will be responsible for the analysis and internal reporting of the Society's financial performance, with a particular focus on net interest income and margin, in the context of month end reporting and the Corporate Plan and other financial forecasts.
What will you bring to the role?
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or experience in an FP&A role
- Highly numerate with good analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Able to produce clear, accurate reporting to tight deadlines
- Able to build work relationships and work constructively with others to reach solutions on complex issues
- Previous bank or building society experience is desirable
