Financial Planning Administrator, £28K, Harrogate
The role

This role is centred around providing support to the financial advisers, enabling them to deliver a first-class service.
Skills Required:
• Financial Planning support essential
• Must be numerate and literate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
Key Duties:
• Provide full administrative support to several Financial Planners.
• Process, and follow through to completion, the setting up of new investments and policies for clients, which include pension and SIPP contracts, Investments and Protection policies for personal and business clients.
• Process online fund switches and manage through to completion.
• Maintain systems with adding of new clients and maintaining the portfolio content to include contributions and withdrawals plus other ad hoc details.
• Utilise the client management system to accurately process new and existing business, including monthly valuations and diary management.
• Provide, review and valuation documentation in relation to client reviews and deal with any changes to the portfolio and/or client circumstances.
• Point of contact for company, client and third-party queries when dealing with new and existing business.
• Liaise with external parties regarding any queries.
• Adhere to Consumer Duty.
