Exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join a growing firm based in Leeds City Centre.
The Financial Services Administrator will be responsible for supervising administrative tasks in the Wealth Management team. This role encompasses risk management, budget oversight, and effective communication, highlighting the importance of leadership, financial industry knowledge, and ongoing improvement
About the role:
- Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties
- Product research
- Process new business
- Arrange/prepare client review packs for advisers
- Processing fund switches and withdrawals
- Manage and track pipeline activity
- Action ad-hoc requests from clients/advisers
- Provide support to colleagues to ensure effective running of the team
- Be a point of contact for advisers/paraplanners for any technical administrative queries
- Ensure that clients reviews are booked in line with FCA guidelines
- Ensure that client transactions are completed in a timely manner and are fully FCA compliant
- Maintain the CRM system (intelligent office) to ensure that client information is entered accurately
- Full-time role
About you:
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be ideal
- Have at least 2 years' experience working in administration within a busy IFA office
- A wide knowledge of different industry providers and products
- Proficient skills in core Microsoft office system
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be flexible and reliable
- Have excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
