Financial Services Administration Opportunity in Edinburgh

Salary to £30K DOE + Benefits

Are you an organised, communicative, and self-motivated person who wants to join a successful investment firm? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Financial Services Administrator within our clients established team.

As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, Investment Managers, and professional connections, and you will reflect the high standards and reputation of the company. You will also provide administrative support to the wider teams including management and collaborate with other business functions to promote and further the success and growth of the firm.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working within an Investment Management or regulatory environment of the FCA setting is advantageous
• Good background in administration and general office management, ideally in a financial service setting
• Experienced in meeting and diary management
• Proficiency in a range of MS Office systems and applications
• Ability to handle a range of tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge and understanding of the FCA regulations and the Conduct Rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a close-knit team
