Form of workRobert Half is currently working with a highly reputable Business based in Newbridge, to recruit an immediately available interim Accountant to support their Year-End.
£200 - £250 per day - 3 months+
The Role
As the interim Accountant you will be reporting into the Finance Director with responsibility to complete the Year End Statutory Accounts and Management Accounts to be reviewed alongside the Annual Budget Review process.
- Ensure all financial records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements
- Ensure timely payment of creditors and invoicing of debtors
- Oversee the debtor management process, produce monthly reports to Heads of Dept and ensure collection of overdue payments.
- Overall responsibility for payroll, pension and tax contribution payments and journals
- Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts each month, with particular attention paid to the Nominal ledger Control Accounts.
- Produce completed monthly accounts
- VAT returns
