About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Services Operational Tax Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing their tax compliance obligations. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of financial institutions, from established players to innovative fintech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance for large financial institutions.
• Develop client deliverables, demonstrating a strong understanding of different financial institutions and their operations.
• Oversee billing
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Continuously develop your technical and commercial skillset through training and development programme.
• Internally and External networking and build strong relationships with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operational Taxes.
• Proven experience with Operational Tax regimes such as FATCA/CRS, WHT, UK reporting and/or QI.
• Professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and relevant UK tax experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
