They are recruiting for a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join their highly regarded practice based in London.

About the Team

• Drawing from experience in key areas of law, such as tax, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and litigation & arbitration, the firm deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients' most pressing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market precedents and advise on standard practices.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and analyze legal issues.
• Provide sound advice to clients, demonstrating judgment and discretion.
• Draft and review documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Anticipate and meet deadlines effectively.
• Respond promptly to client needs and exceed expectations.
• Relay client feedback and contribute effectively in client meetings.
• Stay updated on market developments and contribute to business planning.

About You

• Admitted to the roll of England & Wales with a minimum of 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Ideally, experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Foster teamwork and motivate others.
