Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market precedents and advise on standard practices.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and analyze legal issues.
- Provide sound advice to clients, demonstrating judgment and discretion.
- Draft and review documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Anticipate and meet deadlines effectively.
- Respond promptly to client needs and exceed expectations.
- Relay client feedback and contribute effectively in client meetings.
- Stay updated on market developments and contribute to business planning.
About You
- Admitted to the roll of England & Wales with a minimum of 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Ideally, experience in restructuring and insolvency.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Foster teamwork and motivate others.
