My client is a fast-growing local company that provides a wide range of services, training and products to protect individuals and companies from the dangers of fire. They offer tailored, cost-effective solutions to ensure on-going legal compliance with Northern Ireland’s fire safety legislation.
They are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Fire Risk Assessor to help increase capability to carry out site-based assessments/inspections for their wide range of clients. You will also help with the delivery of Fire Warden and Fire Safety Training.
Joining a small professional team, you will work alongside the Fire Risk Manager completing site-based Fire Risk assessments and offering general advice on managing Fire Risks to clients. You will create detailed reports from your observations using our specialist on-line Fire Risk management system. As a BAFE SP205 3rd party accredited company we take great pride in delivering comprehensive assessments with a high degree of accuracy, compliance with the legislation, but operationally manageable to the client’s requirements.
You will be a competent individual who has experience within the ‘fire safety field’ including relevant qualifications in Fire Risk Management / Fire Risk Assessment preferred. Experience of conducting Fire Risk Assessments would be an advantage.
You will be a keen and enthusiastic individual, with good IT skills, that can work remotely and be willing to go the extra mile when required. You must have great customer communication skills have a good eye for detail/safety, be a problem solver and possess the desire to learn new skills and technologies. You must hold a full driving license.
