SalaryAs a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent technical support to our clients. This entry-level position does not require previous experience, although it would be advantageous. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Tasks & Training details
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to address and resolve technical issues
Record all client interactions accurately in our ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes
Work on a variety of hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, servers, and network equipment
Handle tasks related to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, password resets, new user creation, and software installation and updates
Assist in maintaining up-to-date client documentation

What Training will the apprentice receive
Level 3 ICT (support pathway) apprenticeship standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coach and our learning platform "Aptem" complete learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided.
GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in Math's & Enlish required
