About the RoleProvide first-line and second-line support over the phone, email, desk-side and remotely. Offer help and support to over 300 users with varying hardware, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Be responsible for the company's various processes and improving them. Translate business challenges and ideas into workable solutions.Work with existing suppliers to utilise or develop features.Identify opportunities for system improvements.Manage entire projects from scoping, testing, and trialling to rollout.A mixture of working in the office and from home. Essential SkillsThe ideal candidate:
You must have a clear interest and aptitude for IT and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.You must be confident and outgoing, with an excellent telephone manner.You must work well under pressure and take instruction well.The role will require some travelling during work time to visit our depots. A willingness to travel is a must, and a full driving licence and own transport would be beneficial.You must be IT literate with experience with Office365 and Windows OS.You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.You should have basic troubleshooting skills.Desirable SkillsPrevious experience producing and improving process documentation.Knowledge of InspHire, BigChange or Microsoft CRM.
