2nd Line IT Support Technician
Full-time office based role
40 hours per week on a ‘mild’ shift rota, within the office hours of 07:00 – 18:00
Out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weeks)
£27,000 + Bonus + Out of hours additional payment
2nd Line IT support for Windows Operating systems, MS Office and 3rd party applications.
Remote support of end users using phone and remote access tools.
Experience using incident & request call logging systems
Microsoft Windows installation, support & troubleshooting.
MS Office support & troubleshooting
Active Directory user & computer administration
Basic networking skills
Hardware support skills for laptops, desktops & printers
