Fixed Term Surveyor

37 hours per week - Fixed term 12 months
We are currently recruiting for a Surveyor to provide a proactive, efficient and effective surveying service throughout our property portfolio. The overall purpose of the position is to actively support the Senior Surveyor
in the delivery of highly efficient customer focused technical services delivered within the Company’s policies and procedures,
We are looking for someone who can ensure a customer-centred approach is maintained at all times while satisfying legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring best practice as well as meeting agreed service delivery standards.
As part of the role you will liaise and coordinate with colleagues and the organisation’s insurers in respect of insurance claims for public liability, fire damage etc. You will provide technical advice, support and guidance to Valleys to Coast colleagues and establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with other Property Services and corporate functions to ensure an integrated contribution to organisational objectives.
