The role
Join our dynamic team at easyJet as a Fleet Engineer responsible for AMP and Components.
The Position of Fleet Engineer will primarily be responsible for Components and Maintenance Programmes. You will be able to work cross functionally in all areas within Fleet Technical Management ensuring complete integration with company operating policy and technical procedures.
You will establish and develop working relationships with Fleet Engineers in the areas of Airframe, Avionics, Components, Maintenance Programmes and Reliability, and liaise with system/equipment manufacturers to ensure continued airworthiness to improve aircraft availability and system reliability.
Your responsibilities will include the maintenance of easyJet’s Continuous Airworthiness obligations as required by EASA Part-CAMO, focusing on the maximisation of safety, reliability and value. You will ensure all aircraft and systems operate safely and efficiently.
To do this role
Responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments for modification programs and repairs, analysing component performance, and ensuring compliance with EASA Part M/Part CAMO and OEM documentation therefore, we are looking for experience as a Fleet Engineer specialising in AMP and Components.
As a key player in our team, you will manage Manufacturers' Part Numbers and associated data, control Life Limited and time-controlled components, and oversee Aircraft Configuration trees. Your specialism will extend to EASA Part-CAMO responsibilities, including investigating and closing MORs, occurrence reports, and audit findings within our Safety Management System.
To do this role well, you will have experience at the forefront of developing and maintaining the maintenance programs for a diverse fleet, incorporating MPD revisions into AMP. Proven experience in resolution of technical issues related to aircraft components, repairs, the control of life-limited and time-controlled components and management of corrective actions in response to the output of the reliability programme, maintenance feedback and operational data are essential to success in this role.
You will have a passion for data as it will be your role to provide performance and reliability analysis to support technical procedures – ie NFF and failure cases as a minimum. Ultimately, you will own control to manage maintenance programs in the maintenance control system. This, along with your commitment to accuracy in work instruction will be crucial in ensuring the continued success of easyJet

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in H89 at Luton Airport and will be 40 hours per week.
