Fleet Sales Executive - West Yorkshire area

Salary:

Basic - 21k

OTE - 50k

Working hours:

Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

No weekends

Company car + business fuel.

Our client, a well respected family owned main dealer in the West Yorkshire area are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Fleet Sales Executive.

The job:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target potential fleet customers through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fleet industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to up sell and cross-sell products or services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, including active listening and effective questioning techniques.
- Knowledge of sales management techniques, including pipeline management and forecasting.

Experience:

Vehicle Fleet Sales: 2- 3 years (required)

Driving Licence (required)
