Fleet Services Administrator
Dawsongroup | truck and trailer ltd is part ofDawsongroup plc, a national provider of commercial vehicle rental and contract hire solutions, operating from a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK.
Due to continuous growth we are now seeking a Fleet Services Administratorbased at our head office in Milton Keynes.
The Fleet Services Adminsitrator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our fleet by accurately carrying out the administration required in our Fleet Services Department, specialising in the management of Penalty Charge Notices, Vehicle Documentation and Asset Installations.
Heres a flavour of what you would be doing:
- Processing Penalty Charges Notices & Notices of Intended Prosecution in a timely & accurate manner.
- Installing assets into our fleet tracking system.
- Dealing with the ad-hoc administrative requirements
- Supporting the wider fleet team and business with any queries
We are looking for a candidate who is/has
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Computer literate, able to navigate council & local authority websites to administer PCNS.
- Accurate and diligent administration with a good attention to detail.
- Proactive, problem solving attitude.
- Experience in Excel, Word, Scanning Systems and general PC functions.
- Good communication skills and numeracy.
