Floor Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Skills:
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Ability to assist in food preparation when needed
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is beneficial

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.40-£7.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
