SalaryProactive Personnel are looking to recruit an FLT and warehouse operative for our client in Shrewsbury.
The company is a large UK multi-metals stockholder of stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, and bronze products. The role will be 50% FLT work and 50% Warehouse work.
As an FLT and warehouse operative your duties will include:
- Picking material to works orders
- Booking goods in and out using ERP computer system
- Wrapping and Labelling orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Active Participation in 5S Programme
- Active Participation in regular stock cycle counts
The successful candidates will need:
- Minimum 2 Years in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in computerised stock systems
- Counterbalance / Multi-Directional Forklift Licence
- Physically fit
- Effective verbal and written communication
