Resourcing Group have the privilege of recruiting, for our client, for a dynamic, passionate strategic sales professional to join a strong team, growing new business in integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
60% Hard services
40% Soft Services
Contract values in excess of £5 million per annum.
You will have full ownership and responsibility for discovering and delivering significant new growth opportunities that are aligned strategic growth plan.
You will be required to support the existing key strategic clients for extension, realignment, restructuring and rebid opportunities by working closely with, and building strong relationship across the strategic account managers

We are looking for:
Able to communicate and influence senior-level/C-Suite client contacts and maintain positive working relationships
Strategic operational management experience and proven track record in IFM sales contracts within the private sector of values in excess of £5M p.a.
Holds relevant professional, technical & management qualifications
Able to work effortlessly within a matrix style organisation
Strong decision maker
Strong and effective communications and leadership skills
Strong engagement and influencing skills capable of effecting cultural change
Analytical thinker with demonstrable problem solving skills
