FM Scheduler
South Hampton (Office Based)
£30,000 + 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled PPM Scheduler to work alongside a brilliant Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have experience in scheduling and coordinating facilities maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for engineers to attend to.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the facility maintenance team to ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for the department.
- Organize and coordinate equipment and part orders.
- Participate in equipment troubleshooting and provide technical support to the team.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in facilities maintenance or a related role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
