Schedule: 5 days out of 7
Starting Salary: Up to GBP30,000

What We're Looking For:

• A dynamic individual with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management (ideally 2 years management)
• Proven experience in overseeing Food and Beverage operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Food and Beverage team in delivering memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, menu development, and inventory management.
• Implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
• Foster a positive work environment where teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement are valued.
