The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant - variety of hours and shifts available
Food & Beverage Assistant responsibilities include:
- Providing food and beverage service in the Bar, Restaurant and Meeting & Events
- Dealing with guest requests
- General cleaning duties
- Setting conference rooms, moving furniture and equipment
- Carrying out a variety of tasks, depending on guest requirements
What we are looking for:
- Experience of Food & Beverage and/or Meetings & Events service
- High customer service focus
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant mannerism and positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- High standards and attention to detail
- Flexibility to carry out a variety of tasks
- Ability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis, weekend work is included
